Though I took my morning call in the office because it was a video call

Heard from my doctor that there might be a fracture where the tendon or ligament ripped some chunks of bone off

But that apparently might not change my care plan

She’s referring me to orthopedics for next steps

Jen’s sister needs surgery because she recently rolled her ankle and ligament tore from the bone

I just haven’t heard of the ‘extreme metal’ genre

It’s a catch all for anything that is probably not digestible to the general public

Not really a specific genre

2 of those bands are fusion acts

I’ve been listening to more metal lately so I need subgenres here

Zeal and ardor is like electronic/black metal that also does some African American spirituals

Imperial triumphant is like black/death with some jazziness

Sylvaine could be described as like folky black metal

I think imperial trimupnhant isn’t too far from math rock in some ways
